Guduchi - Tinospora cordifolia - is a perennial climbing plant with heart-shaped leaves and yellow flowers, whose stem forms many hanging tendrils and aerial roots. In Ayurvedic tradition the stem, root and leaves are used. The finely and gently milled powder (below 40°C) from the above-ground plant parts comes from our Indian and Sri Lankan Fair Trade and organic projects.
