I'm not good at baking. Due to my gluten intolerance, I always have to buy bread in the shop that I don't like. Then I came across this book by chance. I ordered it, did what it said - ordered flour etc., then mixed it and baked bread. And wonder of wonders, I can bake really delicious bread! I'm really happy! I can recommend it to anyone with gluten intolerance who wants good bread that tastes like normal wood-fired bread. Egg and dairy free (I'm not allowed either...).

Returns not possible without additional costs

Wanted to send the book back as American units of measurement are of no use to me when baking. Not prepared to pay return postage again when I've already paid 7 euros postage. Not recommended.
