With the Arche ginger grater, ginger can be grated particularly finely. The porcelain grater has fine teeth. The juice from the ginger is released and can be poured off. The remaining fibres can be easily squeezed to extract the rest of the juice. Made in Japan and dishwasher-safe.
Tip: Infuse the fine ginger fibres in toasted sesame oil for a day, then strain. The flavoured oil is delicious with noodle and rice dishes and in salad dressings.
