Unimedica linseed oil capsules contain 100% pure natural linseed oil. The linseeds are gently cold‑pressed to preserve the valuable ingredients as far as possible.
Linseed oil is naturally rich in unsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids. Replacing saturated fatty acids with monounsaturated and/or polyunsaturated fatty acids in the diet contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels, provided at least 2 g of unsaturated fatty acids are consumed daily.
Unimedica linseed softgel capsules contain the polyunsaturated fatty acids omega‑3, omega‑6 and omega‑9 in an optimal composition.
Unimedica linseed softgel capsules are easy to swallow. They are recommended as an alternative to using pure liquid linseed oil when the taste or texture of linseed oil is not to your liking.
In addition, pure linseed oil does not have a long shelf life. In Unimedica linseed oil capsules the valuable oil is enclosed in soft capsules and is therefore more shelf‑stable.
