Nothing for us
Great layout, comprehensive information, very nice photos... but nothing for us. Just as an example: the burger praised in the description is too heavy on grains for my children. It's no substitute for classic burgers. All in all, it's more of a book for veggie pros whose taste is used to nut butters etc. As vegetarians, we can't make the switch to vegan and even more plant-based with this book. What a pity.

Child-friendly vegan nutrition...
When I decided to go vegan for 4 weeks, I initially assumed that my meat-loving family would not join in. Nevertheless, I was looking for vegan recipes that the whole family would enjoy. I found them in this book! The only thing is that some recipe ingredients are difficult to get hold of "in the country" and are therefore not readily available in our household, making it difficult to cook them exactly. We therefore simply modify them with other ingredients. Another positive aspect is the many tips on problem solving for "difficult eaters" and information on nutritional issues - minerals, vitamins etc.. In short: In my opinion, highly recommended!
