This virgin olive oil is produced from selected, particularly mild olives from Tunisia. Its subtle, mildly fruity aroma enhances the natural flavour of dishes without dominating them. With its gentle and very pleasant note it is ideal for families and appeals to both young and old.
The olives are sorted immediately after harvest, washed and gently pressed. Extra virgin olive oil of the highest grade is obtained directly from olives using only mechanical processes. Cloudiness and sediment are natural and a sign of quality.
The mild oil complements a wide variety of dishes such as fresh salads, vegetables and Mediterranean pasta dishes. This olive oil is also ideal for sautéing and frying.
