Echinacea by Schoenenberger is a pressed juice made from fresh, flowering purple coneflower herb. Pure medicinal herbal juice: coneflower (Echinacea).

Active ingredient: pressed juice of purple coneflower herb

Use: Supportive treatment, with long-term use, of frequently recurring (recurrent) infections of the respiratory tract and the lower urinary tract.

Dosage instructions
Adults and adolescents over 16 years of age should take 5 ml of pressed juice twice daily before meals, either undiluted or with a little liquid. Children and adolescents aged 10–16 years should take 6 ml once daily or 4 ml twice daily. Children aged 4–10 years should take 2 ml two to three times daily. Please use the enclosed measuring cup. Do not take continuously for more than 2 weeks. Shake the bottle before use!

Unfortunately, I already had a cold when I drank the juice. It tastes pleasant and doesn't need to be diluted. I can't say anything about the effect due to the illness. You should take it beforehand as a preventative measure.
