Arche Wakame are dried seaweed with a pleasantly savoury flavour. Delicious in soups, salads and vegetable dishes.
Note: Seaweed contains salt. The salt may crystallise as a white coating and is a sign of the product's naturalness.

Dosage instructions
Excessive consumption of seaweed may impair thyroid function due to its iodine content. Therefore the German Nutrition Society recommends an average daily intake of no more than 200 µg of iodine. Maximum daily consumption is therefore approx. 1 g = 1 tsp of dried seaweed. Always prepare the product according to the preparation instructions. The iodine content stated in the nutritional table refers to the dried seaweed. The recommended preparation reduces the iodine content.
