Wakame unter fließendem Wasser kalt abspülen, 5 Min. in kaltem Wasser einweichen, abgießen. In frischem Wasser 2 Min. garen (Einweichwasser dabei nicht verwenden).
Dosage instructions
Excessive consumption of seaweed may lead to thyroid dysfunction due to its iodine content. Therefore the German Nutrition Society recommends an average daily iodine intake of no more than 200 µg. The maximum daily consumption is therefore approx. 1 g (≈ 1 tsp) of dried seaweed. Ensure the product is prepared according to the preparation instructions. The iodine content stated in the nutritional information table refers to the dried seaweed. The recommended preparation reduces the iodine content.
