Chasteberry, also known as Abraham's balm or monk's pepper, originally comes from the eastern Mediterranean. It grows best in moist places such as on riverbanks.

Helps with my period cramps
I have been taking monk's pepper for almost a year now, one capsule a day. It took a short time, but then the effect was there. My period cramps are much lighter than before and only last about 1-2 days. Recommended for this menopausal symptom, I've only been taking it for about 10 days, sometimes I forget to take it in the evening;-) but if I take a capsule in the evening, I no longer swap my pyjamas for a negligee at night, grin.... Update: After taking it for 4/5 weeks, my hair loss has completely normalised, I'm thrilled 😃👍 I ordered the capsules because of severe hair loss, probably because I'm approaching the menopause. After the short time I've been taking them, I don't expect any change and therefore can't say whether they will help. But I tolerate them well, like all Narayana products so far. I will report more at a later date ☺️
