Chasteberry
I bought this product for my menopause – very extreme hot flushes, very nervous and great difficulty falling asleep. After taking monk’s pepper for a few days, I noticed that my hot flushes were reduced – now after some time I can proudly report that my hot flushes are almost gone and my sleeping problems are a whole lot better. My inner restlessness is also much improved, so I can recommend this product to all women suffering from menopause problems. read more ...

Help at last
I ordered chasteberry extract from Unimedica for my daughter because of her very long periods. Her gynaecologist said she should buy some chasteberry .
And indeed my daughter is really impressed by this product and warmly recommends it. Well tolerated and easy-to-take, one capsule a day.
