I already have several books on stone healing. This one is so comprehensive that I was able to help myself. We humans have three spiritual bodies in addition to our physical body. The etheric body or life body, the astral body or sensory body and the spiritual body or ego or self. As long as these four bodies are in balance, we feel healthy and vital in life. If an imbalance arises, the sense of self is disturbed and illnesses can develop. Through the crystals, fixed stars as well as resting stars send out forces that help us to regain our balance. The book helps to recognise connections and also in the choice of remedies.

As a homeopath and gemmologist, Peter Tumminello is predestined to write a specialised book on this subject. He takes a very in-depth look at the various aspects of crystal structures and makes the connection to people's personality types in an understandable way. This means that the choice of remedy in homeopathy can have a much more targeted effect if the remedy can also take into account the crystal structure underlying the patient's personality. The book provides many clues as to why people can react so differently in similar situations and thus helps us to understand others better and treat them with more tolerance.
