Produktinformationen

The nutrition docs - strong joints
The book is recommended for complaints but also as a precaution. I use the recommendation to include less meat in my meals. The changeover with my husband, who likes to eat a piece of meat, has been successful. It is also worth checking which vegetables and fruit have an anti-inflammatory effect. My diet is based on fresh food and yet I still have to make constant adjustments due to intolerances.
