Produktinformationen

Best Histamine HELP
Finally, finally someone who can help me. Just the information about the three vitamins and trace elements that can support me in my current agonising dietary regime is incredibly valuable. As a nutritionist, I was suddenly confronted with histaminosis and unfortunately had to realise that the "advice" I had previously given my clients was now killing me. Everything is only learnt as long as you haven't experienced it yourself. I haven't read all the way through this exciting book yet, but what I already know obliges me to read it again so that everything - and there really is a lot of it - stays in my head. Scientifically supported and underpinned by the expertise of the two naturopaths, this book is the first one that has really inspired me, because I already feel much better, even though I am still on a diet and, according to previous "smarty pants" among the doctors, am not allowed to eat many things that are really healthy: such as oranges, tomatoes, lemons, avocado, strawberries, raspberries, pulses, horseradish, turmeric, bread made with long dough, fish and much more. Now I'm supposed to eat everything that I always advise my clients to avoid for good reason and haven't eaten for years!!!! A nogo for me. Thank you to the two authors for really helping a small group of sufferers (1% of the population) with this book. Many, many thanks.

Histamine error
The effects and interrelationships in the body in the case of histamine intolerance are presented very well and comprehensively, including therapy recommendations. For me, this is the best book on the subject so far.

great book
Like all of Mrs Kauffmann's books, this is a great book for laypeople as well as therapists and doctors. She shows that the world is not as one-dimensional as conventional medicine would have us believe.

Histaminose
This book is very well written and easy to understand. It explains the real problems and gives recommendations on what can be done. It does away with the "general" and mostly contradictory gossip.

Very informative away from the familiar
A highly informative book for all histamine sufferers, which differs in many ways from the known findings. Perfect as a supplement.
