There are real tricks that are easy to implement. I'm thrilled, I almost didn't expect that. And even though I've been involved in nutrition for years because I always want to lose weight, I thought I knew everything. Far from it. It is an informative book to "cheat" your blood sugar level. As it is over 300 pages long, I have only skimmed through it and looked at the table of contents and a few passages. However, as it was recommended to me by my doctor, I assume that this book is worth reading! You learn how to avoid blood sugar spikes - so it's important for people with diabetes II (formerly known as age-related diabetes).
