The Mount Hagen spelt coffee is gently roasted, cultivated and refined. Only raw materials grown biodynamically according to Demeter guidelines are used in its production. The coffee is made from organically or biodynamically grown German spelt, an ancient form of wheat. It has a mild, delicate aroma with slightly nutty notes.
