Really good

I read Pete Walker's book within a week. It is easy to read and very understandable. It was emotionally exhausting for me and triggered deep grief processes. I have done a lot of therapy, both as a client and as a therapist. Nevertheless, in some places I "got into it" immediately. For anyone who wants to face up to their past, this is a more than worthwhile read - but you should have plenty of time for yourself afterwards!
