Produktinformationen

Auszug aus "Das HOW NOT TO DIE Kochbuch":

Dr. Gregers Tägliches Dutzend

++ dunkelgrünes Blattgemüse
++ anderes Gemüse
+ Leinsamen
+ Nüsse und samen
+ Kräuter und Gewürze
+++ Vollkorngetreide
+++++ Getränke
+ Sport

Total genial!
A cookery book that dispenses with lengthy descriptions of kitchen utensils etc. and gets straight to the point. The author's writing is not only funny, making the cookbook an entertaining read in itself; the varied and healthy recipes are far more creative and rich in flavour than any other cookbook I have read on "healthy eating". A must for every healthy kitchen!

Great
It is always a pleasure to meet courageous people who care about the health and personal responsibility of each individual. Thanks to this book, many friends and acquaintances have switched to a vegan/vegetarian diet in a short space of time and report on their changes and well-being.

Basics top
As with all cookery books - tastes are different. Working with the list of 12 and getting creative myself, using my own favourite ingredients, is more enjoyable for me. However, the pages on the basics are excellent and very useful

Top cookery book
As I'm currently changing my whole diet, this book is really great. Super tasty, simple recipes that are not just zero eight fifteen, but also totally healthy. There really is something for every time of day. Despite "healthy eating", you don't have to do without anything.

The cookbook for the bestseller How not to die
I bought the cookery book at the same time as the bestseller. The recipes are easy to prepare and easy to cook. What bothers me is the fact that tinned beans and tinned chickpeas are used. are used. A meal should be prepared with fresh produce. The preparation of dried beans is not to be found in this cookery book. Dr M. Greger recommends eating beans three times a day. I also recommend Kate O'Donnell's "The Ayurveda Cookbook for Every Day". Clare

Beans are not recommended three times a day, but pulses three times a day. These can also be peas, chickpeas or lentils.
