The new edition is highly recommended. I have worked through several authors on the subject of the Paleo diet, therapy and cookery books. As a first step, I chose to switch to organic food, sourcing produce from the producer and integrating it into my everyday diet. The protocol or the 28-day diet are not on the cards at the moment. Due to chronic complaints, I am receptive to the suggestions for self-help. Narayana offers a considerable platform of literature and, not insignificantly, the order is available from stock.
