The crystal compartment for the filter jugs cannot be used together with the UF membrane, as the UF membrane and the crystal compartment use the same connection.

The crystals have been selected with the greatest care and are guaranteed to have been processed without chemical additives.
Important notice:
If you wish to replace the crystals, please do not use tumbled gemstones with a polished surface. These are often sealed with oil or wax through chemical processes. While they may look attractive, they are highly problematic for drinking water, as chemicals could leach into the water.
