Brings real variety to training
I am thrilled. The book describes in detail the anatomical background that is important for core training. And then there are corresponding workouts. There are lots of great new exercises and variations that add variety to your training. The book addresses precisely those muscle groups that are crucial for cycling. In between, there are always stories from the author's career about how he has benefited from the exercises.
