Recommended intake
Recommended use:
Adults: take 2 tablets up to 3 times daily, 30 to 60 minutes before meals, with plenty of water.
Note: While taking chitosan you should drink at least 1 litre of additional fluid per day in addition to your normal fluid intake. Long-term use is not recommended, as this may lead to a deficiency of fat-soluble vitamins.
