The manufacturer states:

Weleda children's tooth gel is adapted in flavour and texture to a child's perception, making daily oral care easier for both children and parents. It contains no fluoride. The mild formulation contains no substances that would burden the body if the gel is swallowed. The gel's plant extracts and the proven silica abrasive remove dental plaque and may help protect against tooth decay.

Application
The children's tooth gel is applied to a damp toothbrush. When brushing, the gel initially coats the teeth, then disperses as a fine foam evenly throughout the mouth and should then be thoroughly rinsed out. Also rinse the toothbrush well after use.
