I received my order after 5 days, but there was a mistake on the language of the book, I received it in German. While remaining zen, I called Narayana and a lady pleasantly answered me in German. As I speak French, she immediately referred me to a person who spoke French and the error was immediately resolved by sending me back the right book in the right language at no cost to me and they offered me the book in German which I will give to a person who understands this language... The after-sales service was top notch... the French correspondent was very pleasant and very responsive, she kept me informed of the shipment and also e-mailed me to find out if I had received it in good condition... I am really satisfied, I will continue to order with confidence from them and I recommend everyone to choose their site.
