Sehr verständlich geschrieben
Ich bin noch dabei das Buch zu lesen. Es ist sehr verständlich geschrieben und gut aufgebaut. Die Ratschläge kann auch jeder im Alltag ohne jegliche Symptome berücksichtigen, um zu einem erfüllten Lebensalltag zurück zu finden bzw. diesen zu gestalten. Die Übungen sind einfach in den Alltag zu integrieren. Ob es bei mir nun hilft bzw. ich alles so entspannt umsetzen kann und ich lerne alles zu akzeptieren und Symptome einfach ziehen lassen kann, wird sich noch zeigen....aber der Glaube versetzt ja bekanntermaßen sogar Berge Wink
