Valuable tips

I was tempted by the special offer to buy the book and have not regretted it. For example, I found a valuable tip here that cataracts can be stopped with eye drops containing carnosine. Especially when it is still at the beginning. Thank you for this valuable information. When I asked the ophthalmologist what I could do to stop the progression, I only got the answer: nothing.

Misleading title

Acupressure in the title is simply misleading because it suggests the possibility of self-treatment. Acupuncture would be the correct term, as this is mentioned throughout. My conclusion: an overview book that explains a wide range of eye diseases in layman's terms and lists a variety of alternative medical approaches, many of which are based on individual case reports. In my opinion, it raises false hopes among those affected and strengthens the backs of critics of alternative medicine. What a pity.

This book is very interesting and informative, as it examines many different approaches holistically and shows alternative possibilities. It gives hope that there are measures that can be taken to heal your eyes or at least improve your vision. It is well researched with a bibliography and so perhaps new therapeutic approaches can be discovered even for the completely open-minded conventional doctor. Thank you for this book!
