An jedem zweiten Tag morgens vor dem Frühstück 1 Likörglas, etwa 20 ml. Die Flasche vor Gebrauch schütteln, da sich natürliche Bestandteile absetzen.
Gekühlt wirkt der Trank runder als bei Zimmertemperatur. Wer möchte, nimmt ihn mit einem Schluck Wasser hinterher.
Kann als Kur über 6–12 Wochen angewendet werden.
