Produktinformationen

Great book
Very worth reading to understand all the background. It explains all the connections between the brain and the gut, i.e. our diet and stress.

What exactly do you mean? If you mean movement training. It is special in the sense that it enables subsequent brain maturation, which was not possible during pregnancy, birth and the first 3 years of life due to various factors.

Is this still possible when the child is already a young adult?

YES, of course. But it can take longer for adults because they are already under more pressure. The book is a good starting point. But I also recommend the Gaps diet books (blue and yellow) by Dr Natascha Campbell-McBride.
