Aceto Balsamico di Modena I.G.P. is a unique speciality, produced exclusively in the provinces of Modena and Reggio Emilia in northern Italy. It is made according to a traditional recipe from the juice of sun‑ripened grapes. Through ageing in various wooden casks the balsamic vinegar from Modena develops its harmonious, mildly spicy‑sour flavour.
Acidity: 6%
Suitable for salads as well as cold and warm Mediterranean dishes.
Note: Aceto Balsamico is naturally cloudy, so a sediment may form after some time; this does not affect the quality.
