The ABF Primus EM block filter from Alvito is manufactured in Germany. High-quality activated carbon is baked into a solid block in an elaborate process that filters a wide range of contaminants, particles and organisms from tap water. The EM ceramic ("Effective Microorganisms") in the activated carbon block provides a softer, fresher taste experience. The EM ceramic reduces the surface tension of the water.
