Excellent for the hair
I have been taking 1 tablet of zinc bisglycinate every evening for about 4 months, either after dinner or before going to bed. Zinc is known to make you tired and I utilise this effect and sleep very well as a result. I find this high dose of 25 mg daily wonderful, as the body is constantly deprived of zinc by PCs, mobile phones, radiation etc. zinc through PCs, mobile phones, radiation etc. It has also proved very effective for the immune defence. What I would particularly like to emphasise is that since then my hair has grown much better and faster and has also become more resistant. The price-performance ratio is also good and you rarely get 25 mg tablets! 1 pack lasts me a year and I am well supplied!

For healthy bones
Manganese is hardly ever mentioned, but this trace element is essential and also has an enzymatic effect. As I suffer from hypothyroidism, I only had iodine and selenium on my radar. Manganese plays an important role in the development of the thyroid hormone thyroxine. I have been supplementing it for some time now with Unimedica's 4mg manganese, i.e. an optimum dosage, and I actually feel more vital. If you read up on manganese, it becomes clear that taking too much can have the opposite effect. I now also take it to prevent osteoporosis. Manganese promotes strong cartilage and bones. Manganese is also very useful for people already suffering from osteoporosis and is therefore recommended.

Efficient in bioactive form
A sufficient amount of vitamin B6 is relevant for me because my blood tests have repeatedly shown that I have too few red blood cells and am tending towards anaemia, despite having enough iron, copper and selenium for the hypothyroidism. My GP didn't really know what else I could do. I have read up on B6 and know that the vitamin B6 stores in the whole body are not very large and that is why a regular supply is so important to prevent deficiency symptoms. B6 is essential for the formation of haemoglobin and the transport of oxygen through the red blood cells. It is also involved in the formation of thyroid hormones. If you are often tired and demotivated, you could have a deficiency, as was the case with me. It was very impressive how quickly it reduced my tiredness and energised me, even alleviating my hay fever symptoms. Supplementing with B6 really does make sense, because even with a good diet I couldn't cover my needs. The bioactive form has given me a real boost.

This winter I have been taking one zinc and one selenium capsule a day from Unimedica and have never caught a cold. So it's a good combination to boost the immune system. I also take Q10 capsules and have had more energy since then. I am delighted with Unimedica supplements because they only contain pure substances and no unwanted additives. And all this at a reasonable price!!!

I have been looking for an active ingredient to strengthen my hair for a long time. My fingernails were splitting. I take the zinc preparation zinc bisglycinate. Organic acerola extract and zinc glycinate: both great!
I regularly take vitamin C and zinc to strengthen my defences against colds, flu and other infections. I am very glad that I came across your shop and found supplements that are free from flavourings, colourings, stabilisers, magnesium stearate, GMO-free and mostly vegan, and that are also very good value for money! I am very satisfied with both preparations, zinc bisglycinate and organic acerola extract, and will be reordering them.
