What are the advantages of Liposomal Vitamin C?
The difference between conventional vitamin C supplements and liposomal vitamin C lies in the formula. Liposomal means: small lipid vesicles surround the vitamin C and only release it on contact with the cell membrane. Lipids are water-repellent. They consist of plant-derived fatty acids (phospholipids). For this we use phospholipids from sunflower lecithin. These lipid vesicles protect the active ingredient on its way to the cell. This allows it to act efficiently where it is needed. It prolongs the residence time of the water-soluble vitamin and ensures easier absorption and distribution in the body.

Vitamin C is for good reason the vitamin everyone knows. It is involved in many processes in the body and fulfils numerous important functions. For example, it improves iron absorption and contributes to normal collagen formation. Collagen is an important structural protein that is essential for the normal function of skin, cartilage, bones, teeth, gums and blood vessels. Shake well before use. Take 1 measuring cup (10 ml) daily, undiluted or in a cold drink — ideally 15 minutes before a meal.
