Unimedica apple cider vinegar capsules contain the valuable natural components of apple cider vinegar. This is produced from the juice of fresh apples by a natural fermentation process. First, apple wine (cider) is pressed. If left exposed, a mother of vinegar forms. This is a gelatinous mass of acetic acid bacteria.
The mother of vinegar causes the alcohol from the apple wine to ferment with oxygen into acetic acid. To accelerate this natural process, acetic acid bacteria can also be added directly to the wine. The apple cider vinegar in Unimedica apple cider vinegar capsules contains the mother of vinegar.
