The pomegranate (Punica granatum) originates from the Middle East and Asia. It is also known as the fruit of paradise. This may on the one hand be due to its valuable constituents such as B vitamins, vitamin C and minerals like potassium, calcium, iron and phosphorus. In addition, numerous polyphenols are hidden beneath the pomegranate’s hard shell, for example a high proportion of the polyphenol ellagic acid.

On the other hand, the pomegranate was already described in Greek mythology and in the Bible as a symbol of beauty, long life and power.

Pomegranate Extract capsules from Unimedica are manufactured in Germany under strictly controlled conditions.

Your pomegranate extract is the main part of my own therapy for PSA recurrence: Exceeding the recurrence limit (PSA 0.22) in November 2020 Stronger PSA increase in 2023 from 0.29 on 01.03. to 0.45 on 31.10. Immediate measures then taken (after intensive internet research) -Radical restriction of fresh milk consumption (because of the growth hormones it contains!!) -Strict food selection according to their glycaemic index (no pasta, baguettes, etc.) in order to lower the glucose in the serum -several times a week fish + ginger, raspberries, capers, broccoli, etc. -Two fresh pomegranates a week -Pomegranate extract from Narayana, capsules (1-0-1) with 40% ellagic acid, daily dose 400mg ellagic acid Result: drop in PSA value from 0.45 on 31.10.23 to 0.27 on 26.02.2024. I hope to help as many ''fellow sufferers'' as possible with this and remain With kind regards Hans-Jürgen Liebl

I have been working in a pharmacy for over 25 years. Complementary medicine and pharmacy have been my hobbyhorse for over 20 years and I can only say that I have done everything right from my point of view. It would be wonderful if all PSA patients had this kind of vision for their own health.

Thank you very much for these tips! I am in a similar situation and hope that the ellagic acid will help me! Green tea and turmeric are also supposed to be good for lowering the PSA level again,

Thank you for your tips. I am also PSA relapsed I have also been taking pomegranate extract for some time. I will follow your tip with the diet. I also have a little tip for anyone who is in this situation. I have been taking vitamin D3/K2 1000I.U. for some time. I have also ordered this here. The result is that I feel much, much better, with virtually no pain...I could tear out trees. My dose in the warm season is 4000 I.U. a day and 8000 I.U. in the winter months. Dosage one drop = 1000I.U Greetings Peter
