Two cases of chronic arthralgia with positive borreliosis serology demonstrate different routes to the simile. In the first case, the new remedy Adalia bipunctata is found via the experience of the authors’ own proving. This case illustrates the remedy picture. The second case shows the path to a well-known remedy via Scholten‘s new plant theory, with the authors presenting their picture of Thuja.
