Our portfolio not only includes more than 700 of our own book titles in the fields of naturopathy and nutrition, but also our successful own brand Unimedica with over 400 products in the areas of dietary supplements, food and natural cosmetics.
We are looking for you immediately as a part-time employee (m/f/d) for the following hours: Every Monday and Tuesday, 9:30 am to 6:00 pm.
Currently we are located in 79585 Steinen, from April/May 2026 expected you will find us at the modern site in 79424 Auggen, only 22 minutes by train from Freiburg (400m to the station).

Receiving orders from our customers by telephone, e-mail and via our online shop.

Telephone advice on products, delivery times, complaints, …
Requirements

Initial experience as a customer service representative is desirable, but career changers are certainly welcome

You enjoy talking on the phone and like interacting with people

Interest in dietary supplements and a healthy lifestyle is clearly an advantage but not a must
-
Good German language skills, spoken and written

French and English skills are an advantage but not a requirement
Working hours: Every Monday and Tuesday, 9:30 am to 6:00 pm (part-time).
