The patient suffers from nerve and muscle pain attributed to Lyme borreliosis. The pain sensation of "tight, stiff, stuck, unable to move" is also found in other complaints and in the emotional state and thus becomes the key to the remedy family Anacardiaceae. Using the case example, the case analysis is explained with the help of the synergy of the sensation method, classical repertorisation and the genius of the remedy.
