The case report describes an allergic reaction to nuts that increasingly extends to other foods. The symptoms of allergic conjunctivitis were triggered by a resurfaced burden from the past, experienced as traumatic, which the patient tried to suppress. Lac leoninum alleviated her aggressive and allergic reactions equally.
