The two case reports of chronic arthralgia with positive Borrelia serology demonstrate different approaches to the simile. The new remedy Adalia bipunctata was found on the basis of the experience of an original proving. The case serves as an illustration of the remedy picture. The second case study shows the route to an old remedy via Scholten's new plant theory. The authors present their picture of Thuja.
