German Naturopathic Practitioners' Day 2012

The 29th German Naturopathic Practitioners' Day will take place this year on 21 April 2012 in the Stadthalle at the Congress Centre Düsseldorf. Around 2,500–2,800 naturopathic practitioners from across Germany are again expected to attend this important event. Approximately 70 lectures as well as 12 seminars and workshops will be offered.

The Naturopathic Practitioners' Day is ideologically supported by the cooperation of the German naturopathic associations. The German Naturopathic Practitioners' Day is accompanied by CAM, the European trade fair for alternative and integrative medicine. At this fair over 200 exhibitors will once again present their products and services.

CAM is the meeting place for all interested doctors, naturopathic practitioners and therapists who want to gain an up-to-date overview of novelties, innovative solutions and procedures. All the important suppliers, from acupuncture to laboratory diagnostics, from medical technology and dietary supplements to pharmaceuticals and practice supplies, exhibit in Düsseldorf. The non-profit sponsor of the fair, the EFN, the European Federation for Naturopathy, holds its annual general meeting at the same time as the fair each year, thus providing an international flavour to the event. Torsten Fuhrberg, organiser of the fair, commented: “In recent years CAM has developed into the little Medica for natural medicine and is therefore an indispensable part of the trade fair calendar in Düsseldorf. In particular, the internationalisation in recent years underlines the importance of the event for the sector.”
