Peter L. Tumminello - Gemstones in Homoeopathy
On 8–9 June 2013 the well-known Australian homoeopath and author Peter Tumminello held a seminar in Kandern on the most important gemstones, including Diamond, Sapphire, Emerald, Amethyst, Pearl and Rose Quartz.
Peter Tumminello's knowledge and experience with these remedies are extraordinary. He has successfully used them in his homoeopathic practice and has conducted provings with them since 1994. He showed videos and presented case reports that illustrate these gemstones and their symbolism. He introduced popular song lyrics that resonate on a deep level with some of these stones.
Peter Tumminello uses his personal experience with the remedies as a gateway to knowledge about them, his own healing and that of his patients. He spoke about his proving experiences when he mined the stones, cut and polished them, wore them as jewellery and prescribed them to patients in his clinic in Sydney. To date he has taken part in more than one hundred gemstone provings.
The colour symptom: When Peter Tumminello noticed that many of his patients chose precisely the colour of the gemstone they needed as a remedy, he used this symptom to discover many unknown remedies in practice. He gave the seminar participants an introduction to the successful use of this valuable supplementary method.
