Using three case reports in which the patients each refused to take antibiotics, the homeopathic treatment in the early stage of Lyme disease is described.
Prior to constitutional therapy, Ledum and the Borrelia nosode are usually employed. In all three cases, Lyme disease coincides with a profound insecurity in the patients' lives. In the author's experience, susceptibility to Borrelia infection is increased during periods of unstable life circumstances.
