Veterinary Homeopathy Congress, 19–21 April 2013
From 19 to 21 April 2013 a special veterinary homeopathy congress took place in Badenweiler. In a unique line-up of the world's leading animal homeopaths the most important topics on the homeopathic treatment of dogs, cats and horses were discussed in depth.
The well-known English veterinarian Tim Couzens presented the main complaints in horses and their treatment. The popular veterinary surgeon Christiane Krüger lectured on horse personalities and their physical signs, drawing on a wealth of more than 30 years' experience in the homeopathic treatment of humans and animals. Gertrud Pysall spoke about the language of horses.
The English veterinarian John Saxton spoke about the most important diseases in dogs, in particular addressing miasmatic theory. The English veterinarian Sue Armstrong has extensive experience with dogs, with a focus on cancer, and presented case examples from her large practice.
The experienced Swiss veterinarian Dominique Fraefel, whose presentation at the last animal congress was received with particular enthusiasm, differentiated the most important remedies for cats using Lycopodium as an example. The well-known alternative practitioner and lecturer Rosina Sonnenschmidt spoke about miasmatic and constitutional homeopathy in the treatment of parrots. Anke Henne explained her experience with homeopathy and leech therapy in horses. Gilberte Favre demonstrated how sheep can also benefit from homeopathy.

- Anke Henne (DE) - Experience with homeopathy and leech therapy in horses for indications such as laminitis or abscesses
