Horaires de passage de 8 h. à 18 h. qui vous bloquent sur la journée, colis non délivré sous prétexte "d'absence " et sans appel téléphonique préalable du livreur, alors que nous étions présents en permanence. Du coup, livraison effective avec 10 jours de retard ! Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas la possibilité de retirer le colis en point-relais ou même en bureau de poste.
