    Danke, das habe ich ebenfalls gelesen. Aber wollte dennoch sicher gehen, da einige Heilpraktiker es auch bei einigen Umständen auch weiterhin empfehlen es einzunehmen.     Ich nehme die WILD YAM Kapseln schon mindestens drei Jahre. Früher hatte ich öfter Wechseljahrsbeschwerden wie schwitzen, dann wieder frösteln und auch Kopfschmerzen. Seit ich diese Kapseln nehme (2 x 1), habe ich gar keine Beschwerden mehr. Man muss natürlich ein paar Wochen Geduld haben, bis sie wirken, aber dann ist alles gut.     Man sollte die Kapseln täglich einnehmen. Denn sonst bringt es gar nichts. Der Körper muss erstmal einen Spiegel aufbauen und wenn man die Kapseln nur gelegentlich einnimmt, kann das natürlich nicht passieren.     schnell und verlässlich wirksam
    Wegen meiner starken Hitzewallungen, aufgrund meiner Wechseljahre, versuchte ich zunächst für 1 Monat Mönchspfeffer, der aber bei mir in diesem Zusammenhang keinen deutlichen Effekt zeigte. Anschließend startete ich mit "Wild Yam" , für die 1. Woche noch in Kombi mit Mönchspfeffer, dann aber ohne und bereits nach wenigen Tagen wurden die Intervalle weniger, v.a. aber dieses innere Stauungsgefühl(weiß nicht, wie ich das anders beschreiben soll), was bei mir immer wie ein Vorbote zur Schweißattacke kam, war deutlich weniger. Da man sich ja aber auch gerne mal etwas einbildet, habe ich abgewartet und kann nun nach ca. 1 Monat ganz klar sagen, daß ich durch dieses Produkt 100% keine Hitzewallungen mehr habe. Erstaunt hat mich v.a. eben, daß ich wirklich nach bereits 1 Woche eine deutliche Wirkung feststellen konnte. Ich bin sehr zufrieden, weil ich nun absolut nichts mehr an Wechseljahresbeschwerden feststellen, endlich wieder schlafen und entspannt durch den Tag kommen kann und die Einnahme von lediglich 2 Kapseln am Tag, lässt sichh problemlos umsetzen. read more ...

    Nehme einige Ergänzungsmitte von narayana in Kombination. War seit Jahren müde und kämpfe mit dem Wechseljahren. Seit ich Yams, NADH, Mariendistel, Nachtkerzenöl und L-Arginin nehme geht's mir sehr viel besser.
