Je prends un comprimé de sélénium avec deux gouttes de solution de Lugol 5 %. Les deux premières années seulement 1 goutte par jour et maintenant 2 gouttes (veuillez lire la littérature spécialisée). RÉACTION DE DÉTOXICATION avec la solution de Lugol. Ma thyroïde fonctionne à nouveau normalement. Auparavant je présentais un léger goitre, et donc une hyperfonction. J'ai des problèmes de thyroïde depuis des années. Les comprimés pharmaceutiques n'ont pas eu l'effet souhaité. Mon goitre ne s’est certes pas accru, mais il n’a pas régressé. Les valeurs sont restées stables et les troubles ont persisté. Lors du dernier test sanguin, le taux a légèrement baissé. La boîte est maintenant à moitié vide et mes symptômes ont nettement diminué. Je suis certaine que les valeurs seront encore meilleures au prochain contrôle. Il était important pour moi qu'un comprimé contienne 200 microgrammes et soit fabriqué à partir de méthionine.
