    Als Augenmigräne-Betroffener habe ich seit Jahren verstanden, dass Lysin die Anfälle deutlich reduziert. Dank Lysin in Verbindung mit Basenpulver und Magnesium sind meine Migräne-Attacken von 2x monatlich auf 1-3x jährlich zurückgegangen und nur die Aura zeigt noch an, dass die Migräne noch existiert, weil der nachfolgende Schmerz komplett ausbleibt (seitdem habe ich keinerlei Schmerzmittel mehr gebraucht). Einen Stern Abzug gibt es, weil die Tablette ein wenig kleiner sein könnte, aber trotzdem noch gut schluckbar ist. read more ...

    Seit Jahren nehme ich immer mal wieder Lysin abwechselnd mit anderen Nahrungsergänzungsmitteln ein. Von den Inhaltsstoffen her ist nichts zu beanstanden. Allerdings ist diese Tablette etwas groß und rau und lässt sich nicht angenehm schlucken. Preis- Leistungs-Verhältnis

    Ich hatte in letzter Zeit immer wieder Aphten im Mund. Durch die Einnahme der Lysin-Tabletten und Zink waren diese schnell beseitigt. Das einzige was gewöhnungsbedürftig ist, ist die Grösse der Tabletten. Ich habe etwas Probleme, diese zu schlucken. read more ...

    Die Lieferung ging sehr schnell. Ich hatte sie wegen eines hartnäckigen Infekts bestellt,über die Wirkung kann ich nicht viel sagen,aber zumindest ist der Infekt endlich weg. Leider sind die Tabletten für meinen Geschmack zu gross,auch wenn man sie teilen kann,kann ich sie nicht gut schlucken. Aus diesem Grund würde ich sie nicht mehr kaufen. read more ...
