    Da gepuffertes Vitamin C meist aus Calciumcarbonat besteht und Calcium bekanntlich Müde macht, habe ich hier die richtige Form gefunden.
    Mich würde nur mal interessieren ob es dann dadurch auch eine retadierungs Form aufweist.
    Also ob dadurch das Vitamin C länger im Körper verweilt und über Stunden an den Organismus abgegeben wird.

    Ich finde super, dass dieses gepufferte Vitamin C als Magnesiumascorbat vorliegt und nicht als Calciumform. Da ich schon genug Calcium zu mir nehme.
    Die Presslinge sind nur etwas Groß und schwerer zu schlucken, ich bekomme die aber trotzdem runter.
    Andere müssten die vlt. eher teilen oder zerkleinern. Sie sind Geschmacksneutral.     read more ...
