    très conseillé : gouttes de vitamine B12 + gouttes D3 / K2 MK7 tout-trans
    Les gouttes étaient destinés à une famille de cinq personnes, où tous les membres de la famille mangent végan depuis longtemps. Je leur ai récemment demandé s'ils étaient satisfaits des produits. La réponse était claire: tout le monde profite des deux bouteilles. J'ai moi-même un faible taux de vitamine B12 depuis longtemps et je vis depuis des années avec le risque que des dommages irréparables apparaissent. Maintenant, je ne veux plus m'exposer à ce danger et je souhaite me supplémenter tout seul. Ce qui m'a convaincu sur les deux produits : Les gouttes B12 contiennent non seulement de la méthylcobalamine, mais aussi de l'adénosylcobalamine. J'apprécie l'absence de bouteille en plastique et d'arôme de cerise ajouté. D'ailleurs, les enfants de neuf et onze ans prennent également les gouttes de vitamine B12. La teneur en alcool n'est pas un problème, bien que la famille - à quelques exceptions près - ne consomme aucune boisson alcoolisée.
