    Es ist egal, ob man diese Tropfen nüchtern oder nach dem Essen einnimmt. Einfach 2 Tropfen ohne Wasser mit der Pipette in den Mund drücken. B12 wird gut über die Mundschleimhaut absorbiert. read more ...
