Great for nail fungus
I had read in the reviews here that this grapefruit seed extract is supposed to help very well with nail fungus. I then ordered the product. Nothing has really helped against nail fungus for 2 years. Hello, this grapefruit extract is the best I've had so far. And it's cheaper than anywhere else. We take it at the slightest sign of a cold and it helps. However, if it has already progressed a little, it definitely weakens the course. It also helps us with stomach problems. Unfortunately, we suffer from the Helicobacter pylori bacterium. TOP for inflamed wounds and colds
Simply recommended. For colds anyway, but also for wounds: My partner had a skin operation which healed very badly and even became infected due to the doctor's disinfectant tincture and cream (!!). After 2 days of treatment with the doctor's tincture and cream and worsening of the wound, we stopped the treatment - without medical supervision - and started rinsing the skin with a mixture of GKE and water. 20 drops of GKE in 2 litres of water, rinsed over the wound 3 times a day. A great way to prevent infections!
I have heard that grapefruit seed extract is supposed to prevent and fight bacteria, viruses and fungi, at least when it comes to external applications. And I have actually had very good experiences with it: At times when everyone around me was ill and I took the grapefruit seed extract 3 times a day, I was spared infections. The treatment with the product on my plant, which had developed mould on the soil, was also very successful. The GKE drops are a must in my household. I use them for all sorts of things and for disinfecting. 5 drops in the fabric softener compartment of the washing machine - boil fabric masks with water and 1 drop of GKE - toothbrush overnight in a snap glass with water and 1 drop of GKE. I ordered the grapefruit seed extract because I found in the reviews that it works against Helicobacter pylori. As I have had a skin blemish next to the root of my nose for months, I assumed that I could be carrying this germ, or that there could be gels. Grapefruit seed extract is really suitable for every living creature. One of my carrier pigeons hadn't eaten anything that day, she just sat apathetically in her little house, her eyes closed again and again. She didn't even grumble like she usually does when I touched her. There was nothing recognisable on the outside. Her deaf cat had obviously also realised that his companion was unwell and wouldn't leave her side. I suspected an infection and then I remembered the grapefruit extract. I held out a bowl of cells to her in the evening: at first I carefully added just 2 drops of extract to 80 ml of water. After all, she drank about 3 sips. The next morning I saw that she had urinated a lot, the cell pad was really soaked, but she seemed a bit more alert, but still wasn't eating. I held out a fresh bowl of cells to her: Now 3 drops of extract + 80ml water. This time she gladly drank about 8 - 9 sips. I left the bowl for her, at lunchtime, in the afternoon and in the evening I kept holding out a fresh bowl with the same mixture, to which she reacted happily each time and drank a lot; I always left the rest for her. But she still didn't eat anything. On the 3rd morning she seemed much more agile, grumbled a little again when I stroked her feathers and again she drank happily. Afterwards she went to the food bowl again for the first time, together with her mate, to eat a little. She continued to recover well. I kept her on the higher dose for a few more days and am glad that the extract helped so well. I am currently still adding 2 drops per 250 ml to the larger drinker for all pigeons. And the extended dropper attachment on the bottle is now SUPER! No drips, everything stays clean without any losses!

Organic grapefruit core extract TOP ... aaaber!
The problem is the pipette and in our experience the extract contains too much glycerine. When aspirating, the pipette snaps too much false air in the connection to the head part and is too small for a thick container. We avoid glycerine wherever possible because, in our experience, glycerine dries out the mucous membranes. Previously we bought organic grapefruit seed extract from another supplier, no problems with the pipette and the extract was not so thick. A very good remedy to banish flu and other internal disorders. The Organic Grapefruit Seed Extract itself is available, we mix 20 drops to 200ml with steam distilled water to achieve the fullest effect.

I have been using GKE for several years now. If I have a cold or inflammation, I take about 35 drops in approx. 250 ml of water. Otherwise 3-7 drops daily with the same amount of water. I haven't had a cold or.... for years. Corona was proven for 2/3 days (mild course) However, I still take other products such as Camu Camu and D3, K2 and MK7 5000 -10,000 iU, mainly from narayana. In any case, I can recommend the products. Could be cheaper in some cases. More promotions.

The grapefruit extract is then simply wasted where you don't want it. I no longer use the pipette. A reason ( for me ) not to order this product anymore . Therefore only 3 stars

My skin rash
I have mainly used it externally. I have had neurodermatitis for a few years, so a friend offered to 'cream' the inflamed areas with grapefruit. This can be very stinging as there were open patches of skin. But after 2 days I couldn't believe my eyes. My skin was so much better! I should add that I also took care of my gut at the same time. I started with a sugar-free diet and avoided carbohydrates. Grapefruit extract is my constant companion and my skin is much better! I haven't taken it internally on a regular basis yet, but I will. Grapefruit extract can neutralise other active ingredients.
