N-Acetyl-Cystein Kapseln von Unimedica enthalten je Kapsel 250 mg N-Acetyl-Cystein. Es wird auf natürliche Weise durch pflanzliche Fermentation hergestellt. Freies Cystein ist sehr instabil. N-Acetyl-Cystein ist die hoch bioverfügbare, stabilisierte Form von L-Cystein.

Der Körper bildet aus N-Acetyl-Cystein den körpereigenen Stoff Glutathion. Ab dem mittleren Alter ist der Körper weniger in der Lage, Glutathion herzustellen. Stress oder einseitige Ernährung können auch zu einem erhöhtem Glutathion-Bedarf der Zellen führen.

L-Cystein ist auch Ausgangsstoff für Taurin, das an der Entwicklung des Nervensystems und der Sehzellen sowie der Herzfunktion beteiligt ist.

Quel dosage pour le nac afin qu'il soit pleinement efficace?
